Responsibilities will include supporting executive team and project managers, managing calendar, liaison between client, vendors and internal staff and accounting support to include budget review, credit/collections, expenses and billing. Strong accounting skills and ability to manage multiple time lines and priorities, minimum 3-5 years experience as a Construction Admin or Project Coordinator a real plus. Great benefits.
