Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager I to help
clients achieve their goals and maximize the use of their Learning
Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with clients to promote retention and
loyalty
Manage the client journey from onboarding to product adoption and
renewal
Provide product training and monitor client portfolio health to
identify risks
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role
2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the
LMS/E-Learning industry
Strong commercial acumen
Proven time-management capabilities
Basic understanding of core web components and SaaS
