Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SQL Server Developer with expertise in database development and middleware integration. As part of our development team, you will design, develop, and maintain SQL Server-based solutions and work on integrating various systems and platforms, focusing on middleware technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, seamless solutions that enhance business operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Work on database schema design, data normalization, and indexing strategies to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain middleware solutions to integrate SQL Server databases with third-party systems and applications.
• Utilize middleware tools such as Dell Boomi, Scribe TCI, or others to facilitate data integration between SQL Server and other platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements for system integrations and database needs.
• Provide solutions for data synchronization, transformation, and migration across on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Participate in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SQL Server and middleware solutions.
• Support and maintain existing systems, ensuring that all database and integration workflows are functioning correctly.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for database structures, integration processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes, best practices, and system efficiency.
• Ensure that SQL Server-based solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, data modeling).
  • Proven experience working with middleware integration technologies such as Dell Boomi, Scribe TCI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server database performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data integration, including ETL processes, data migration, and synchronization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience Considered a Plus:
    • Familiarity with .NET technologies, particularly for custom integration solutions.
    • Experience with Koerber HighJump or similar warehouse management systems (WMS) or supply chain solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud databases such as Azure SQL Database and cloud-based integration tools.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central
    • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
