seeking a visionary Senior Principal Product Strategy Manager for
CPQ to spearhead the product strategy, development, and deployment
of the most advanced B2B Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system.In
this role you will be pivotal in driving cultural transformation on
utilizing cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize how we sell at
Scale.Your ImpactShape the Future of Sales at Scale: Senior
Principal Product Strategy Lead for CPQ at Palo Alto Networks
- Own and drive impactful business outcomes
- Drive transformative change within the organization, wearing
multiple hats (strategy development, product & program management,
execution) to do what it takes to "move the needle"
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather
insights, co-create deliverables, and drive execution to achieve
business goals
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive, long-term vision for the
CPQ system that aligns with company-wide objectives and fosters
cultural change
- Ensure the product remains adaptable by anticipating industry
trends and Seller needs
- Cultivate relationships across all organizational levels,
communicating progress and managing expectations effectively
- Identify system and process gaps across the organization and
advocate for advanced technological solutions that drive ROI and
operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional product teams and engineering teams to
execute the product vision - Foster collaboration and ensure
projects are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable
value to the enterprise
- Partner with the Enablement team to provide ongoing user
training, ensuring the sales organization can fully leverage the
CPQ system's capabilities
- Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying and recommending
technologies that enable scalability and maintain competitive
differentiationYour ExperienceMust have-
- 10+ years of experience with 4+ years post-MBA with a minimum
of 2 years in management consulting (MBB preferred but open to
others), or top-tier tech strategy or 'bizops' roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability
to pitch product strategy to Executive leadership (including
C-Suite)
- Strong experience in Go-To-Market systems with a proven track
record of managing and delivering high-impact technology projects
in B2B SaaS environments
- Expertise in managing Quote to cash applications in the
Salesforce Ecosystem with SFDC CPQ. Expertise in the SaaS and/or
Enterprise software industry is preferred - Knowledge of AI/Gen-AI
solutions and B2B GTM is a plus
- Local to SF Bay Area who can be onsitePreferred-
- Experience in program management and overseeing large-scale
transformations
- Demonstrated ability to partner with geographically distributed
teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and scalable
solutions
- Expertise in software project management, including gathering
requirements, test planning, change management, and developing
detailed functional plans
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves
and work cross-functionally to get things done

DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on
qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who
receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for
non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for
sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $216000 -
$298000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted
