## Role
Partner with leadership to drive strategy, operations, and growth.
Align teams, optimize workflows, and execute priorities.
## Responsibilities
- Support CEO/CTO on strategy and execution.
- Lead hiring and team alignment.
- Streamline operations and track metrics.
- Manage contracts and compliance.
- Engage investors and partners.
- Support budgeting and fundraising.
- Mitigate risks, protect IP.
## Requirements
- 7-9 years in VC, BizOps, strategy, or MBB consulting.
- Strong analytical skills; top 20 uni undergrad.
- Operations, hiring, and compliance expertise.
- Excellent organization and communication.
