Strategist role centers around leveraging the platform, building
partner relationships, and storing data in operational and
real-world action. Our partners come to us with the insight that
the only way to manufacture high-quality products is to make better
use of their data. The Deployment Strategist is responsible for
turning that insight into reality.Must-Have Qualifications:We are
looking for candidates with 1-3 years of Strategic Consulting
experience along with a Bachelor's' Degree, capable of managing
customer relationships, digging into data, and coordinating with
internal teams to provide the best possible software implementation
process for clients.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- You enjoy delivering insights from data analysis, AI models,
and driving impact.
- You want to be a part of a high impact role at an early-stage
startup.
- You have either educational background or professional
experience in one of the following areas: Computer Science,
Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing,
Supply Chain, Automotive, or Automation/Robotics.For the Consulting
experience, we are looking for candidates with experience at a Big
4 or Big 4-like Strategic Consulting firm. Preferred firms include
Bain, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), McKinsey, Ernst & Young
(E&Y), Deloitte, Accenture, or PwC.Additionally, candidates
must live in the San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to relocate
to be considered as we require 4-5 days in the office.What You Will
Do:As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and
creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment
Strategists to deploy software against the most exciting problems
the manufacturing world faces. Your mission is to synthesize
disconnected streams of thought into an understanding of what the
most important problem is, what the data means, what the product
needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
You'll immerse yourself in our customers' most intricate workflows.
You'll partner with customer teams, explore the data, and plunge
into the product landscape to enable us to scale. In this role, the
problems you'll seek will require a curious and analytical
approach, a sharp intuition for product priorities, and a strong
degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our partners to
improve decisions.No two days are the same, but you can expect to
work across:Partner Success:
- Expanding on and developing strong partner relationships and a
deep understanding of their workflows and processes.
- Leveraging the relationship to identify existing and emerging
problems.
- Engaging the relevant stakeholders, from analysts to C-Suite,
to present existing and future work at steering committees.
- Working with the customer to build customized workflows for new
user groups.
- Building and delivering demos to new and existing
customers.
- Scoping out potential engagements in new industries and
expanding locations around the world.
- Leading training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting
user needs and having a concrete impact on their operations.
- Presenting the results of our work and proposals for future
work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite
executives.Product:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Apiphany platform.
- Embed with our Software Engineering and Product Design teams to
incorporate what you saw in the field into the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry-wide and
partner-specific sources of data.
- Drive internal problem-solving by acting as the partner
advocate to deliver innovation.
- Work with the engineering team to integrate the data into a
stable and extensible pipeline.What We Value:
