and dynamic Product Specialist / Field Application Specialist Lead
tasked with supporting and promoting Bio-Rad's Life Science
Portfolio that advance scientific discovery and save lives.This
role is field based and includes travel locally and
internationally.How You'll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with commercial team to define long-term product
strategies and build customer-focused solutions for life science
product portfolio in Channel Partners Region.
- Collaborate across divisions to deliver impactful results and
support successful go-to-market strategies.
- Build critical close links to Marketing, to define and
implement formal VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis and provide
market intelligence around Channel Partner Region specific market
trends, requirements and competitive landscape. Building the bridge
between marketing team and Field Application Specialists to provide
the latest updates from marketing team insights to take customized
actions at local level.
- Partner with the Product Technical Team to support regional
tender requirements regarding product specifications and
documentation timely to fulfill critical deadlines.
- Consult with Commercial Sales Team to incorporate additional
customer feedback, align product offerings with market needs, and
support sales initiatives by providing sales tools tailored for
Channel Partner Region.
- Work closely with the Regional Field Application Specialists to
ensure optimal product services are in place via proper
product/technology training plans involving internal stakeholders
and Channel Partner Teams. Arrange product webinars focusing on
promoting our technology solutions for the targeted audience.
Provide support with the technical content in local events in
collaboration with FASs and marketing team.
- Develop and Manage relationships with Channel Partners, driving
collaboration and impactful results in promotional programs with
the help of Regional FASs and marketing team.What You Bring:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences Research or equivalent
experience.
- 5-10 years in product knowledge within the genomics &
proteomics scientific instrumentation sectors including either/or;
ddPCR/PCR, NGS, chromatography, Western Blotting.
- Well established understanding of life science and research
applications who can interact as a technical consultant with our
customers and regional KOLs.
- Good organizational and time management skills and a strong
ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High level of presentation and communication skills.
- Sales experience and/or laboratory experience is required.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
