Role/Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Architect to drive the architectural vision
and strategy across multiple technical platforms. In this role, you
will own the architectural direction for various business and
technology platforms, lead architectural governance, and build
strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. You
will help define and shape the platform's strategy while ensuring
high-quality, scalable, and innovative technical solutions across
domains.
This is a leadership role where you will guide the technical
direction, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and mentor a
team of architects and engineers to deliver excellence.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise
architecture, or technical leadership, with a focus on large-scale
platforms
Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver
complex technical solutions aligned with business objectives
Extensive hands-on experience in building custom platforms / custom
applications (using Java, Python, Golang, Angular), integrations ,
cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), AI/ML (Gen AI) and
enterprise architecture design across multiple platforms (Business,
Technology, Enablement, Foundation)
Strong background in defining and implementing architecture
standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure high-quality
solutions and consistency across the account
Ability to drive continuous improvement in platform delivery with a
focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability
Leadership experience in mentoring and developing architects and
engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented
environment
Proven ability to identify and integrate emerging technologies,
exploring new trends and tools to innovate and enhance current
platform strategies
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solution creation,
capable of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering
high-impact solutions
Ability to align technical vision with business goals and engage
with key customer stakeholders to ensure the technical approach
meets customer needs
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical
concepts to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical
teams
Hands-on experience with architectural governance, ensuring
adherence to standards, security, and compliance
Experience in leading transformation programs, contributing to
RFPs, and participating in solution design for large-scale
initiatives

Build Effective Teams: Establish and scale well-aligned teams for
each platform across the account, ensuring the right mix of skills
and experience in business, technology, enablement and foundation
platforms.
Lead Architecture Standards & Practices: Define and enforce
architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across the
account to ensure consistency and quality.
Align Technical Solutions with Business Objectives: Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to
ensure technical solutions are aligned with overall business
goals.
Provide Architectural Oversight: Offer guidance and oversight on
complex technical solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural
best practices, governance, and quality standards.
Drive Platform Innovation: Lead efforts to evaluate and integrate
new technologies and trends into platform strategies, ensuring that
solutions are at the forefront of industry advancements.
Promote Delivery Excellence: Continuously improve the quality and
efficiency of platform delivery, with a focus on automation,
process optimization, and technical maturity.
Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture
relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and business
leaders, to ensure the technical vision aligns with customer needs
and objectives.
Lead Proactive Mining & Initiatives: Identify opportunities across
hubs to drive proactive solution activities, ensuring that
solutions are optimized for maximum impact.
Lead Transformation Programs: Provide architecture and solution
design leadership for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring
alignment with strategic goals.
Participate in RFPs: Take a leading role in responding to Requests
for Proposals (RFPs), contributing to the solution design and
proposal process.
Mentor & Coach Teams: Participate in design reviews, conduct code
quality checks, and provide coaching to peers, fostering a culture
of excellence and collaboration.
Conduct Knowledge Workshops: Lead workshops, create white papers,
and contribute intellectual property (IP) to foster continuous
knowledge sharing and growth across the organization.
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs): Build tools and POCs to support
the automation and standardization of solutions across platforms,
driving continuous innovation.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $106000
Pay Range Maximum: $217800

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work
location, skills, experience, education, and other factors
permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for
performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition,
this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company
policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death
& dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance
program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year
(some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no
designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per
year.
