Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
--- Supporting a top-producing agent with transaction coordination, MLS listings, client communication, and calendar management
--- Organizing and streamlining systems and processes
--- Event planning and coordination
--- Keeping everything running smoothly-like a ninja, but with a clipboard
--- Handling details with grace under pressure

Qualifications:
You Must Be:
--- A licensed real estate professional in California
--- Detail-oriented and highly organized (like, scary organized)
--- A strong communicator with excellent writing skills
--- Self-motivated and solution-focused
--- Tech-savvy (we use CRM, MLS, Google Suite, Canva, etc.)
--- Able to keep confidences and manage sensitive information professionally

Bonus Points If You:
--- Have experience with marketing/listing coordination
--- Know your way around social media content for real estate
--- Are obsessed with checklists and color-coded calendars
